MANAGEMENT

 I am Nikola, a proprietor and director at Golden Acorns. With eighteen years of experience in the early years sector, I have cultivated a wealth of expertise and knowledge in child care. Together with my mother, Tracy, we founded Golden Acorns in 2018. Since its inception, we have been committed to fostering positive relationships within our local communities. Residing in close proximity to our childcare facilities ensures that I am readily accessible whenever needed. You will frequently find me at our Wilton Nursery! 

I have also recently completed my teaching qualification within Hygge.

I am Tracy, and I am one of the dedicated owners and directors of this establishment. I have been working in childcare for countless years now and absolutely adore what I do! I find immense joy in working with preschool children, aiding them in reaching their full potential. I collaborate closely with the children who are preparing to transition to primary school, ensuring that they have the best possible start in their educational journey. I particularly enjoy our phonics, as well as our letters and sounds programmes. You can usually find me at our Chilmark Preschool, where I am always eager to assist and nurture the young minds.
